Can't Hear You

I ask for a glass of water
you give me a bottle,
I ask for half an hour
you give me your entire day,
hey,
aren't you tired?
you give me too much,
indulging me with excessiveness
but without ever handing me what I really want.

A glass of water = a bottle of water. It is still water. Does it have to be a define line between them?

You looked so peaceful when you drink your mocha and read your magazine :) Ok, I better shut up before you find me too annoying.

You can say that. People should be flexible. But not all the time, especially when you know exactly what you want. When you do, you don't give in for anything less, because you're clear and assertive of what you aim for. They might be the same, but it's how you want it that matters.

There are times when you talk in such a... rather feminine way... haha...

Hmmm.....
Are you saying I have this gayish way of expressing myself? lol

a glass of water is quite different to a bottle of water, it's a matter of quality. Being excessive all the time is offering what's not needed in the first place, in other word, the person is really forcing rubbish upon the others. Hope ya can understand that Trav.
